Edward C. Ahlheim began his practice in St.
Louis with the firm of Lashly, Neun & Watkins and in 1970 joined the St.
Charles firm known as Niedner, Ahlheim, Bodeux and Dorsey where he
was a partner until the formation of Ahlheim & Dorsey, L.L.C. in
September 1995. Mr. Ahlheim received his degree in Business Administration from
Washington University and his Juris Doctoris degree from St. Louis
University. He has resided in St. Charles since 1970 with his wife, Mary Ellen, and has
four children. He is past president of the St. Charles County Bar Association and has
served on various school and charitable boards. He is a member of the Estate
Planning Council of St. Louis and senior member of the Board of
Trustees of the Academy of the Sacred Heart. Mr Ahlheim has served as
counsel for the Duckett Creek Sanitary District since its inception
in 1978 and his areas of practice include estate planning, taxation,
corporate and real estate transactions.
Richard P. Dorsey is a
member of the law firm of Ahlheim & Dorsey, L.L.C. He is a 1981
graduate of St. Louis University with a Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration and a 1984 graduate of St. Louis University
with both a Juris Doctor Degree and a Master's of Business
Administration. He has practiced law for fifteen years in the St.
Louis area, first with the law firm of Niedner, Niedner, Ahlheim
& Bodeux in St. Charles which in 1990 became Niedner, Ahlheim,
Bodeux & Dorsey when he became a partner in the firm. He has
also served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St.
Peters and served one term in the Missouri House of Representatives.
He is a life long resident of North County and currently resides
there with his wife, Elaine, and daughter, Catherine. He is involved
in numerous organizations including the Florissant Valley Jaycees,
Florissant Rotary Club, Florissant Valley Chamber of Commerce and
Florissant Valley Sheltered Workshop, where he serves on the Board
of Directors.
Stephen P. Ahlheim has been practicing law in
the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, General
Litigation, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Corporate, Collection and
Traffic Law since his graduation from and received his Juris
Doctorate degree from St. Louis University School of Law in May,
1993. Prior to law
school, Steve attended grade school at the Academy of the Sacred
Heart in St. Charles, high school at DeSmet Jesuit High School and
then graduated, cum laude, from the University of Dayton,
in April, 1989, Bachelors of Arts, with a major in Political Science
and a minor in Economics. Steve, together with his wife, Laura, and
his son, Grant, live in St. Charles County where Steve is active in
the community. Steve has been a member of the St. Charles Kiwanis
Club, Board Member and Sponsored Youth Chairman, for eight (8) years
and has served on the Boards of the St. Charles County Homeless
Committee, the Alumni Board of the Academy of the Sacred Heart and
St. Charles Jaycees.
Mary
Elizabeth Dorsey is
a member of the law firm of Ahlheim & Dorsey, L.L.C. She is a 1984 graduate of
Benedictine College (Atchison, KS) with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Accounting and a 1987 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law
with a Juris Doctor Degree.
She has practiced law for twelve years in the St. Louis area,
first with the law firm of Deeba Sauter Herd then in 1998 becoming a
member of Ahlheim & Dorsey, L.L.C. She is a resident of
Florissant and currently serves as Florissant Township
Committeewoman. She is
involved in numerous organizations including the Florissant Valley
Jaycees, North County, Inc. and past Legal Counsel and current
Vice-president of the Missouri Jaycees.
